This comprehensive workshop equips leaders with the essential skills needed for success in the modern era. Strategic Adaptability
Strategic Adaptability, a core focus of this series, equips leaders to navigate and excel in changing, uncertain, and complex environments. Organizational Integrity
A core principle of adaptive leadership is fostering organizational integrity, which encompasses employees’ perceptions of honesty, transparency, and fairness. During organizational change, leaders must ensure employees feel safe and secure as they navigate uncertainty. Effective adaptive leaders implement strategies that support the organization and continually improve communication and change management. This module provides you with the knowledge and skills to build a culture of organizational integrity.
Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence is now recognized as a key factor in effective leadership, rather than just a popular topic. It is widely seen as a primary indicator of leadership success. Adaptive leadership depends on a strong foundation in emotional intelligence, which includes understanding and managing one’s own emotions and recognizing others’ emotions. This program provides a comprehensive analysis of the five core components of emotional intelligence for current and aspiring leaders.
Managing Change
Change now defines contemporary leadership. In a constantly evolving environment, effective change management sets adaptive leaders apart. The Managing Change workshop examines the psychological factors that shape how individuals and organizations respond to, resist, or grow from change. Over 12 modules, participants will explore the neuroscience underlying these responses. This program equips leaders to navigate the emotional and cognitive complexities of change.
